Please note that only the Basics Package and Splash Lagoon Pass items are included in the discounted registration. The early registrant discount does not include any additional portions of DF7 such as Saturday afternoon tours, DF7 beach towels etc. Early Discounted Registrants will be able to add any additional items to their registrations starting in January 2011.

  1. General rules : STATEMENT OF RELEASE: I certify that I am at least 21 years of age. I agree to conduct myself in a reasonable manner in the public areas of the hosting facilities. I agree to not hold DRENCHED FUR, its committee members, guests, sponsors, or any commercial establishment used in conjunction with this event responsible for any loss or injury either to my property or person while participating in this event. I also assume full responsibility for any damage I may cause to the property of any commercial or Private establishment used in conjunction with this event. I will not use any controlled substances (excluding prescription drugs) during DRENCHED FUR activities. I grant DRENCHED FUR and anyone designated by such, the right to use my likeness, image, voice and appearance whether recorded on or transferred to videotape, film, slides, photographs, or other media, for publication, broadcast or use on the web or elsewhere. I also understand that it is my responsibility to inform those taking photographs and video that I do not want to be photographed or videotaped.
  2. Registration : Each participant must register with his own registration form properly filled and signed. The DRENCHED FUR Committee reserves the right to refuse any registration without having to provide any reason.
  3. Cancellations : Your registration for DRENCHED FUR 7 is not transferable. If you find that you will not be able to attend, you must cancel your registration by e-mail to: registration@drenchedfur.com or in writing to the following address: DRENCHED FUR, 1146 Brown Ave, Erie, PA 16502. Cancellations dated/postmarked by March 10, 2011 may receive a refund, subject to a $30 processing fee. Later cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are based on post-run finances. No-shows will not receive a refund. The DRENCHED FUR Committee reserves the right to modify the schedule of events.
  4. Weather Disclaimer : The DRENCHED FUR Committee is not responsible for cancellation or postponement due to bad weather or other events beyond their control. The DRENCHED FUR Committee also reserves the right to add, change, or cancel scheduled event activities without notice due to unforeseen weather conditions. I have read, understood, and accept the terms mentioned in this application.
