Hotel Rooms Info - 02/05/10

Just a quick update on our host hotel.  We just found out that our host hotel is now at 75% capacity!  There are roughly two dozen rooms left to be booked.  As we are now 7 weeks away from the run, the host hotel could book completely in the month of February.  In prepartion for this taking place, an overflow hotel is set up already.  When the host hotel is booked solid for our group, updates on an overflow hotel will be announced and explained.

Remember that all rooms at the host hotel are just $65 a night from Thursday thru Sunday nights.  Not only is this a great rate, breakfast is included the next morning.  Also, because of how room availability changes, when you call to book your reservation with the 'Drenched Fur' group, make sure to ask them what room options are left available to choose from first.  More information on our host hotel can be found on our website here.  So don't delay and get your room reservation at the host hotel while you still can!

Also, we have had some guys ask about how to find others to possibly save some money and share rooms. We suggest joining the Yahoo Groups e-mail listing we created for guys to post things just like this on. It's also a great way to find out some other things taking place that may not get posted directly on the website here.
