Hospitality Coverage
There are 2 functions scheduled during this year's Drenched Fur Weekend over 2 nights that the committee would like to have a group/club sponsor. Each function will be held in the Hospitality Space. In keeping with the hopes for a low cost run, The Drenched Fur Committee has requested a $100 donation for each social event to offset the expenses of supplies as well as manpower to monitor guests at the door. Each entity/club is welcome to use this time to promote their own club's membership, mission or upcoming events/runs. Think of it as a networking opportunity and in-person advertising.
1 of the function/events for the Hospitality Suite are currently unsponsored. The hospitality events will be held:
Friday Night: 1:30a - 4a for the After Hours I - Social Sponsored by the Burgh Bears of Pittsburgh, PA
Saturday Night: 1:30a - 4a for the After Hours II - Social UnSponsored
The Hospitality Space will be open late into the night as long as there are individuals to 'man' for coverage. Typically this will be for approximately 2 1/2 hours.
